The Europass Mobility is applied for and completed in 4 steps:
1. Registration - i.e. the sending organisation registers for an account and receives a password by e-mail. In future the organisation will be able to apply for as many Europasses as it likes by using the same password.
2. Submitting an application - once the statement on the quality criteria has been accepted, the desired number of Europasses can be ordered.
3. Filling out the application - now the documents can be filled in, i.e. the participant / sponsored person's experience and qualifications can be written into the Europass Mobility. These are to be entered either by the sending organisation or by the host organisation as agreed between the two organisations.
4. Hand-over - the participant shall receive his Europass Mobility, duly signed and stamped.
